Peter Paschalis

Peter has extensive experience in real estate law and specialises in commercial real estate. Before joining Burlingtons, Peter spent over eleven years at a City top 100 law firm, where he was also a partner.

He is used to dealing with a diversity of property, whether for investment, development, secured lending or with regards landlord and tenant matters. Over the years Peter has acted on the development, sale, purchase, letting and finance of millions of square feet of commercial, residential and mixed use properties throughout the country. He is experienced in advising individuals and businesses, small and large, national and international.

Peter’s transactional experience spans the hotel and leisure, office, industrial, retail as well as residential and mixed use development sectors. He has acted for some of London’s best known developers including property design and development award winners, high street chain restaurateurs, pub operators, parade and shopping centre owners, local and national retailers including a royal warrant holder, a variety of professionals including an international sportsman, a television broadcaster and a national charity.

Notable transactions include advising on the purchase from the USA of the former US Navy HQ in London’s Grosvenor Square.

For the past twenty years and more Peter has been helping people both deal and protect their rights in real estate.
