Experience and Background

Helena advises a wide variety of clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, shareholder’s agreements, company incorporations and has worked with a number of insolvency practitioners on the sale of business and assets of insolvent companies.

Helena provides advice to employers and employees alike on all areas of UK employment law (both contentious and non-contentious) including employment contract drafting, director’s service agreements, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedure, employee shareholder and director responsibilities and duties, breach of contract, redundancy, TUPE, discrimination and restrictive covenants. She has represented both employers and employees in the Employment Tribunal in the UK. Helena also has experience in UK Immigration law.

Helena also advises on commercial contracts and IP rights and has applied for both UK and EU trade marks for a number of clients in a variety of sectors.

Helena relocated to Geneva to head our Geneva office in March 2018 having trained and qualified at Burlingtons in October 2014.
